Neg Then Positve Blood Test And Low Hemoglobin

Wanted to know if any ladies out there have gotten negative blood tests and actually found out later they were pregnant and also if these women have low hemoglobin levels. Being that the red blood cells have to do with hcg levels and hemoglobin levels , Im thinking this could b the cause for the negative blood tests although u are definitely pregnant................
