No Period For Three Months But Negative HPT

My last period was 9/3/04. I have taken about 7 HPT(ept and clear blue easy), but all of them have come up negative. Around the first month I missed my period I had signs of a bladder infection, but the Dr said I tested negative for a bladder infection. The second month I had a slight reddish brown discharge, for about a day, but still no period. I have been getting heartburn and have felt bloated. I feel fine, but some food smells have been bothering me. I started taking prenatal vitamins a few months ago because we stated to try for a family. Could the vitamins be causing me not to get my period or could I be pg?

The vitamins should not cause your missed period. I would contact your DR. I took 2 hpt that were negative and then 3rd that finally showed positive, I was already 8 weeks preg. before I got a positive.
