I got a positive result on a Clear Blue Easy after 15 minutes. It's a blue line, not grey or colorless. I took that test two days ago and tomorrow 11/24/04 would be the day I'm supposed to get my period. Today I took a First Response and it came up negative..very negative even hours later. Could the pos. result on the Clear Blue be an evaporation line? Thank you for your help

It may be that you waited too long to read the Clear Blue Easy test... I would wait a week and then retake the First Response test. And I'd take my prenatal vitamins, just in case!

Kristen - If it was a colored line then its unlikely to be an evapouration line. I would take this as a positive. No matter how faint its a positive. So contact your doctor for a blood test to confirm the pregnancy. I had the same problem with First Response. I've had some positives and the First Response came out a definite negative. Stick with ClearBlue for now hun or try a dipstick test. These usually measure 25units.
