Safe To Say I Am Not Preg

Had s_x on Nov 13th for like a few minutes. My boyfriend didn't finish inside me (condom used). Missed my period by 2.5 weeks. Then got it. Had it for 3 days now - off and on. Fairly - moderately heavy. It comes off and on everytime I go to the bath room, but fairly normal it seems. 1 doc urine test neg, and two others negative. Is it safe to say that I am not pregnant??

Well because he wore a condom and you are on your period(well you think you may be) I would say you are safe, if you are still unsure then wait a week and test again. best wishes & happy holidays
