Still Feel Pregnant Many Negative HPT And Blood Tests

I have been pregnant 4 times, two successfully, after being told that I could never have children due to sever Endometriosis. My youngest is 6 months old (BTW I am still nursing) and I had a very odd period. Very short, 2 days, but I am also having pregnancy symptoms. What was weird today was that I was shopping and I felt that roll in my tummy and fluttering like "quickening". I am going to call my doctor and ask for an ultrasound. I also called my hubby to stop on the way home and get another EPT.
