This is not to scare anyone, I just wanted to pass it on. I found this site after reading somewhere about hcg levels in pregnancy. Anyway it says that in ectopic pregnancies the urine test may show negative but a blood test would show positive. So if you haven't had your period and the HPTs show negative and you get any of the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy see your doctor. It's better to be safe.
