Breastfeeding No Period Feel Pregnant

My son is four months old and I have not gotten my period yet. I feel most of my pregnacy symptoms coming back but the pregnancy test said negative. Does anyone know if pregnancy test show false negatives during nursing?

The pregnancy test should still be accurate while you are nursing as long you are too early pregnant. You will ovulate before your first period would have come. If it's been more than two weeks since you think you got pregnant, a test should be accurate. I got pregnant while nursing when my son was 6 months old.
