Moony do you have any symptoms of pregnancy especially nausea? The reason I ask is because I will be 12 weeks tomorrow with my 3rd pregnancy (the 2nd was a miscarriage as I mentioned) with my son I had nausea and no spotting and he was a healthy 7.12 lb baby. With the second pregancy I had almost no symptoms at all which was suspicious from the beginning. Now with the 3rd (gosh it sounds like a lot when I actually say it out loud) anyway with this one I haven't had any spotting and lots of nausea. When my doctor found out I was nauseous she couldn't contain her excitement. Its a good sign if your sick or so they say! It sure doesn't feel good though! Good luck please keep us posted. hi ms.divine .. may god give you a healthy babay.. i have no symtom of preg. exept that i've been so moody .. no period .. 4 weeks now .. never concieved before .. have been ttc for a year and eight months .. took hpt when was 12 days late ..but negative ..then urine at the hospital... negative .. have'nt tested since then .. started spotting brown then bleeding bright red .. have'nt tested sice two weeks.. going crazy .. so moody.. hot tempered.. headaches.. dreaming of a little one ... crying most of the time for my situation .... any suggestion

Moody if you want try another home pregnancy test. Although even if you were pregnant and are miscarrying you may not have enough of the pregancy hormone left for a store bought pregnancy test to pick it up. The only way to be 100 % positive is to have a blood test. That will pick up any levels that may be left in the system. What they are looking for is the levels to be rising (doubling every 48 hours) not dropping. If they are rising you are still pregnant. I've had this done 3 times now! You can have the results in the same day if you request it and if they get on it.

I took 2 home preg tests last Monday and both were +. I am on prenatal vitamins (Duet) and today i am spotting a brownish color. No blood yet. Am i going to be O-kay? I spoke w/ my doctor and I am going in 1st thing on Monday to see her for a sonagram. Should i be worried or is this normal? I have been sick to my stomach all week and my b___sts are getting more and more tender.

This is so frustrating! My husband and I have just started ttc, but since I'm 36, there's a bit of a rush. I should have started my period today, but I started with the brown spotting two days ago. I've taken two HPTs, both negative, but I wonder if my cycle isn't quite regulated after going off the pill... I guess there's really not any more information that what I've already read here, and it seems as though everyone's experience is different, so back to the waiting game. I'll try to get my GP to order a blood test tomorrow.

Oh, and on top of the brown spotting, I've also had cramping on the right side, starting about halfway between my bellyb___ton and my hip bone, which shoots all the way around. Back aches horribly, too, but I've got three bulged discs that may account for that. Any one else have the right side cramping?

Sounds like my situation. At the start of January my regular period was replaced with a couple of days of light spotting. In the last couple of weeks, I've been feeling sick, tired and ga__sy. I took a HPT last Friday 20th Jan, but it was negative. Planning to test again this Friday. If the spotting wasn't my period I'm currently 19 days late. Kate.

HELLO ALL... i LAST HAD A PERIOD ON DECEMEBER 18TH 2005 , MY NEXT PERIOD WAS DUE JANUARY 15-16TH 2006... I AM NOW 8-9 DAYS LATE AND I TOOK A PREGNANCY TEST ON JANUARY 20TH 2006 AND JANUARY 22ND 2006 ( NEGATIVE - ) THIS AFTERNOON I STARTED SPOTTING PINKY/REDDISH COLOUR THEN I WENT AGAIN AND THERE WAS NOTHING ..THEN WENT AGAIN AND IT WAS VERY LIGHT PINKY/REDDISH COLOUR THEN JUST WENT NOT THAT LONG AGO AND IT WAS REDDISH/BROWN I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS? IS IT MY PERIOD OR IS IT IMPLANTATION BLEEDING..DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW? THANKS

Hi this is to kerriLynn74 im in the same boat as you i had my last period 18 dec 2005 and was due 16 jan im 11 days overdue with the same pinkish spotting then brownish spotting on and off for the past few days.I i did a hpt on 22 and 23 but were both negative and are planning on testing again maybe tomorrow or the next has your period come yet? please get back to me

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I am really confused as well because my AF is not due until Jan 30, but i had pink/red spotting on jan 25 and ever since very light brown spotting. I generally have brown spotting but it is always heavy an only lasts about three days then i get heavy blood with cramps. As yet this has not happened. My cycle is always 28 days. Also i have been cramping since 19 jan and my b___bs have been aching for the same time but for the last 3 days my nipples have been very sensitive. I ahve also been having restless sleeps, waking up at least once. We have been ttc for around a year and i am really hoping this is it but I am so confused. I have not taken a test because i do not want to be disappointed. I think that i will visit the doctor towards the end of the week if i still have light spotting. If anyone has any help or suggestions this would be grealty appreciated and I will keep you posted as to what happens. Thanks for listening.

hi.ms. divine .. sorry for not writing .. i wasn't home.. well. i'm so frustrated coz the brown spotting developed to a light bleeding ..bright red .. then to a litttle bit darker red .. almost like a period which lasted for 7 days ..had a blood test when i was 1 month late ..which was the day i had that might be period .. now it's been 2 days .. no brown or red and that a__sures me that it was a period .. 2morrow , i'm seeing a doctor .. to get the result of the HCG blood test and the hormone test ..coz they took one sample to see if i'm preg or if there if there is something wrong with my hormones ... ms.divine .. what do u suggest..?

hi ms.divine ..the brown spotting changed to a heavier flow .. almost like a period which lasted for 7 days..now it's been 2 days ..clean no brown or red ...took HCG test and a hormon test..i'm seeing a doctor 2 morrow ..and i'll get both results

Moody I'm so glad to hear that you had a blood test and a hormone test. If you continue spotting before your periods you may have to much progesterone which apparently is easily remidied with medication especially if you are trying to get prenant. To much progesterone won't allow to the egg to implant properly and if it does implant your body may not be able to maintain the pregnancy. I'm definitely not an expert I've just been reading alot. I got all of this info from an awesome book I borrowed from a friend of mine I would recommed all of you ladies get it. It's called Taking charge of your fertility! Very educational. Let me know what the doctor says I'm very curious.

Well 2 weeks over due still no AF did a hpt yesterday which was a bfn so im off to the docs this afternoon to see whats wrong

Just been to the doctors they did a blood test get the results tomorrow doc said if its a BFN then i'll have to just wait untill AF comes and if it isnt here in a month i have to go back in to see whats wrong so heres hoping its a BFP.
