Confused If I M Pregnant Or Not

i experienced some signs that i'm pregnant so i used home pregnancy test to confirm that i'm pregnant.the hpt result came out with two fading lines so i'm not sure if it is possitive.4 days later,i had some spotting/bleeding but i don't think it is my period.after a week i repeat the test but with other brand and came out with negative result.i'm really confuse!
