I have been on the IUD (Mirena) for 27 months and have never missed a period. This month my period is five days late and I have felt very tired and crampy. I've taken two pregnancy tests, both being negative. I'm worried, because my husband and I were not trying to have a baby and I believe the IUD is in place. I am scheduling a doctor's appt tomorrow. Anyone else been through something similar?
