i have just carried out an ultra sensitive early detection pregnancy test (detects HCG at 10miu/ml). A very faint line appeared in the results area. My period is due around Friday. Do you think this means I'm pregnant?

Most likely there are very few false positives. Wait another week and test again. If you are preg. the line should get darker. Congrats!
