Hi Kris I completly understand what you are going throught. It is rare to get a false positive, so as your husband said i would keep testing, it does sound like from what you said that you are having a lot of pregnancy symptoms. The best thing is to have an ultrasound so i am very surprised your doctor said no to you. I am now 19 days late and had a neg test so my doc is refering me on for hormone tests maybe ask your docs about this? it means they will check for cysts. eptopic etc. Also you should knowe that having spotting is a sign of implantation bleeding which again is sign of pregnancy. I would suggest taking another pregnancy test at home, do it first thing in the morning- if u get positive/faint positive get on to your doctor so they can give u another blood test. good luck and i hope u get the results you are looking for. xxxxx ps if u are worried about taking the tablets i would ask the doctor first to see if this would be ok to take if u were to be pregnant. xxx

Thanks for the advice jesicaw. I know I did bloodwork at the begining of the month that said my thyroid levels were slightly elevated but not elevated enough to be medically concerning. Maybe if I had them test my thyroids again something there might be causing my issues. My mom also ended up having thyroid cancer, and every woman in my family has thyroid problems. Hopefully I can get something figured out soon. Not sure how much longer I can stand this stomach pain. Its been going on for almost ten tays now.

Jessicaw, How did your Doctors appointment go? Did they find anything out for you? My appointment is going to be on the 23rd, in which I will be 16 days late if I dont get my period between now and then and 18 days of pain but I hope the pain will go away before then.

hi kris, doctors went well, finally had a doctor who wants to try and help, the doctor advised because me n my husband have been trying for a baby for over a year that i can have hormone tests so they will check im ovulating every month and will make sure its not eptopic etc...- however she told me they cant do ne hormone tests untill after my period has actually come on (something to do with hormones being higher when u have come on)- so just a waiting game. i am now 22 days late!! the doctor advised me to take another prego test, so i am due to take a prego test tomorrow! if its neg and it doesnt come on for another week after that then i will have a blood test xx hope ur docs app goes well hun x

Jesicaw, how did that prego test go yesterday? I have taken multiple and they all keep saying negative, all but the one. My Doctors appointment is on Monday. Im still having pressure in my lower abdomen and I keep getting random sharp pains on the right side, but still no sign of AF. I wasn't getting headaches that often before but now I am getting them every day, Still getting nauseaus, urinating frequently, b___sts keep getting sharp pains on the top above the nipples and sore along the sides, I also feel ga__sy and bloated (sorry kinda gross). I cant wait till Monday to figure all this out. I think im going to demand an ultrasound, they wouldnt give me one last time when I asked politely and I have been in twice, in which the first time they only did blood work and the second time they only talked to me about my symptoms and said since the blood work came back negative the day before that I just need to take 800mg Ibuprofen for the pain (which if I was pregnant would kill the baby) so im not chancing it and im not taking that stupid pain reliever. I will post again on Monday and let everyone know how my appointment went! I was wondering why no one ever posts after they find out what their diagnosis is?

Hello I am new to this, so I hope I am doing this right. I too am late and getting negative results. I have 2 older children, and when I was pregnant with them I had really bad morning sickness. I have not had any morning sickness, but I am very tired, pain in b___st, and clear discharge. I will take another test tomorrow morning just to make sure. Any ideas/info or similar situations? I am a week late on my period, and so i decided to take a hpt. It came out negative, although i really don't feel pregnant at all, i have been having unprotected s_x using the pull out method, i have never had a skipped or missed period before so im getting worried. I thought i would be preganant but maybe i took it too soon. should i try other pregnancy tests?

Hi everyone i am in the same situation been ttc with my husband for 6 months and af on time every month but this month it is 5 days (as of today) late but home pregnancy tests say negative. I have lots of pregnancy symptoms. I havent been under any stress or lifestyle changes and i haven't had a weight loss or weight gain so i don't understand why my period would be late except for pregnancy. Maybe i am just testing to early?? So confused =(

Hi again, Well AF made an appearance two days ago. I went to the Doc yesterday and she wants to do blood tests to make sure I am ovulating. She said that if I'm not I can get medication to help with ovulation. Has anyone had this medication and conceived???

im about to be a month late this week ive been cramping on and off having back pains frequent urination i havent really been hungary but when i do get hungary i eat everything in sight and suddenly coffee repulses me my test came back negative though i'm very scared and idk what to do

I was suppose to start my period around the 7th or 8th of Jan. It never did come...I took a PT last night and this morning and both said negative. I have been having symptoms though such as: Nausea, clear whitish discharge, tender b___sts, little bit of stomach pain, hot flashes, and fatigue. I haven't made a Dr. appt. yet because i want to know if other girls are having the same issue. Have any of you had these problems and actually be pregnant. Me and my husband have been trying for 2 yrs now...But we stopped trying about 3 months ago. I'm really confused right now. I have no idea what is going. I would really appreciate some advice. I would say you deffinately could be pregnant, i'm two weeks late and I pretty much have the same exact symptoms you do except the b___st tenderness. Then again i have been pregnant twice and never had b___st tenderness with my two previous pregnancies... my last pregnancy was a tubal and I had fatigue and really heavy bleeding and my pregnancy before that I miscarried and and I have Stomach pain and nausea. Anyways, what I would recommend is waiting about a couple weeks and if you still haven't gotten your period, go to the hospital or doctor and get a blood pregnancy test. Blood is more accurate then urine.

I STILL HAVE FREQUENT URINATION AND I CAN DETECT SMELLS WHEN NO ONE ELSE CAN. SOMETIMES I THINK IM GOING CRAZY CAUSE MY TUBES ARE TIED. CAN I BE PREGNANT. I HAVE THREE KIDS AND WITH THEM ALL I DIDNT FIND OUT TILL I WAS OVER 6 WEEKS AND NEXT WEEK ACCORDING TO A TEST I DID I WILL BE SIX WEEK. THEN TOOK ANOTHER TEST THAT SAID I TOOK A HPT TO SOON.
