Partial Positive On A Hpt

I am a full week late and have not been using birth control. I took an hpt today (First Response) and the control line was bright pink and about 1/4 of the pregnancy line is light pink and then the line stops. Is that a positive????

I had the same thing happen to me today. Did you find out anything???

I was just reading about First Response, on the site i was looking at, said although its uncommon, that can happen and it could go either way really (as in could be pos, could be negative.) i would retest.
