I don't know what to think of pregnancy tests. I am 3 months late. I am losing sleep, I talked to a woman who worked in ob-gyn for 16 years, she said I would know if something is wrong...but I am scared. I have never missed a period before. I have taken a home pregnancy test every missed month, but neg. I wish you all the best of luck.

i'm in the same boat over 3 1/2 weeks late have done 3tests all negative/getting really anxious now.keep thinking my AF is coming/stomach back pain ,metallic taste and extremly tired.do i test again or wait for the doc.my poor partner is worried about me.wots gong on???

I searched all over these threads the past week with the same thoughts as all of you. I was late, really late with my period and kept taking HPT and getting negative results. I have all the symptoms, upset stomach, sore b___sts that feel heavy, achiness, and starting this weekend cramps that felt like my period was coming on but never did. Here's the hope for all of you. I just tested positive for the first time this morning and it was a definate positive. I'm mostly realived to know that I'm not crazy! (and of course, excited because I really wanted to be pregnant!) I was at least a week or more late before it showed up. I think maybe I ovulated late this month or something. Don't give up hope if you continue to have negative results. Keep testing!

yes, i am in the same boat now. 5 days late with a 7 month old and no period. i scheduled an appt. with the ob just in case.

thats brilliant news really pleased for you ,i will have missed a whole period on thurs.keep putting the appt off to go to the docs thinking that my period will start.im starting to wonder if im imagining symptons.i have the occasional cramp as if im going to start my period,headaches all the time,feel really heavy no sore b___sts but is it silly to say my stomach feels funny,it seems firm ?all i know is that i have also done 3neg tests.going to the doc 2moz.x

I am 8 days late - I have taken 3 pregnancy tests - 1 has said positive & 2 have said negative. I am confused on if I am or not. Husband had a vasectomy 3 years ago, I am never late. Has anyone else experienced any of this?!?

Another woman in the same post_tion.... my G.P's advice was to wait until 2weeks late to take another test.Not very helpful!!! from reading all the answers on here at least i'm not alone.But all ideas on how to feel less tense will be gratefully recieved! also how to decide if i'm continuing to feel pregnant or just strangely pre-menstrual!!!

i,m in the same boat ..i have taken 4 tests all negative,i am a month late now and trying not to get stressed but its not easy.i really want it to be positive.ive been reading threads .is it possible i could be.im off to the doc too .i hope they dont think im mad.ive had cramps,dizzyness/tired but still no period.any suggestions.

I am almost one week late for my pd and I can so relate to everyone's signs and symptoms. The one symptom which was strange that I noticed someone else saying was the metallic taste. I have had 3 negative tests but taking one day at a time until I feel I should go to the MD. Everyone should not worry about the prego tests(home) since I think alot of them are bogus.

I also have never missed a period, I am now a week late and keep getting negative hpt. I feel bloated, ga__sy, tired, and have more discharge than normal. I called my Dr. who said to wait at least another week before I test. It's so frustrating not know for sure :(

Great to hear all of your symptoms were the same as me. However, after 2+ weeks I finally got my a.f - very upsetting as I was so convinced...Have to try for this month now. Good luck and goodbye from New Zealand.

Laura, Thank you so much for your encouraging post on Sept.18. I have been the same way, for the past week, anxiously searching these posts looking for some thread of hope. I am now 10 days late, and I'm afraid to est again, I've had 3 neg. hpts last week. Still having some cramping, the nausea is getting worse, and I'm NEVER late. I'm pretty sure that I ovulated late, so I will keep everyone posted. Thanks again.

im in the same boat to.my next period is nearly due in a few dys.ive had 3 neg tests so i went to see the doctor today.they are taking my bloods this wk to test me for lots of stuff .im really worried now.possible hormone imbalance(can that cause inferility)i so want them to say im positive and that its ok.

Hi everyone...I'm new here. Anyways, here's the problem: My last period started on august 18th. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant...we had s_x aug 30,31,sept 1, 2, and 3rd...and i'm pretty sure that during that time it was my fertile period. Now it's September 21st and my period is exactly one week late. I tested on friday but it was negative. I'm not too sure if it's too early to tell. I've had constant minor cramping for atleast a week now and my b___sts are starting to get fuller and hurt a little. I have been EXTREMELY tired. Going to bed at 8 and sleeping until 10am the next morning...and still need to take a nap around 3 pm. I think I will wait until this weekend and test again. I'm a little sketchy because it could just be PMS and I don't want to get my hopes up. Let me know what you think! Good luck to everyone!

I'm now a week and 1/2 late, last time I tested (5 days ago), it was negative. I want to wait a full week until I test again. I had been having some common symptoms like cramping, bloating, nausea, heartburn, but not really too much fatigue or sore b___sts. Anyway, my question is that today I feel fine, maybe some occasional nausea (very mild), but that's it. I'm afraid to test again if it's going to be negative, but I'm never late for my period either. Does anyone know if these early pregnancy symptoms can come and go from day to day. Is it possible that I'm still pregnant, but am just having a "good day?" Please let me know, thanks:)

hi guys/im new to this site,this is my story.im noe exactly 4wks late.i have never missed a period b4/maybe a few days late here and there.i have done 3 tests all came bk neg.ive been getting cramping,headaches and im so tired.no sickness or sore b___sts,although they do feel heavy.dont know whether to do another test.im just wishing it true maybe somethings not quite right.im trying not to stress but cant help it.any advice????
