Day 49 and I finally got my period...I think I felt a lot less stressed about it after reading the posts here, and maybe it helped things finally get going again(?) It's amazing how much the mind can influence the rest of the body, although I do think being late did mess with some stuff as far as the bloating, fatigue and cramps. Good luck to all you who are trying!

Wow I wonder if you all as frustrated as myself... I am pretty regular but I am currently 7 days past my date. I am the mother of 3. since my last child I have been pregnant but it turned out to be ectopic. This is all very familiar in that I had to take several tests to get a clear positive as the hormone levels were so low when they kept testing. I would like to be pregnant as this may be my last chance for a baby. I have recieved 2 negative results. I am getting all my symptoms as if I am getting my period but its a no show... Its all a waiting game...

(53 days) 7 1/2 weeks after the first day of my last period, cramping for almost 6 weeks and well i think i finally got my period, not a usual period lasted 5 days and was very light and without sounding to detailed it was a brown colour and thick, not the usual red blood, so im not sure what happened really, i did take a test just encase and it sad i was 'not pregnant' so i am treating this as my period and now me and my newly wed husband will start again, again not going to stress to much about it what will be will be, it will happen one day i hope, we are going to try the ovulation tests and the basal themometer tempertaure to see if we can try and work out when im about to ovulate to maybe increase our chances so fingerscrossed it could help us on our way to make our baby, see what happens will update you if any thing happens, its nice to talk to you all :-) maybe it could help us all :-) xxxxx baby dust to you all xxxxxx

Hey everyone. I'm about 2 weeks late. Both my hubby and I are worried that I'm pregnant but I took a test last week and it was negitive. Everything is irritating me lately and food smells are getting to me. I feal sick almost 24/7, I'm getting headaches and dizzy often and the past week I've been getting cramps in my stomach. They are quick and suprise me more than hurt. I've never had this happen before. I don't know if I should go to my doctor or not. I've never been pregnant and I don't know what to expect or if I even am. I'm scared and nervous and I don't know what to do. I'd appreciate any help that I can get.

BTW I have an appointment with my doc on Tuesday the 20th. I'm going to see what he says.

I have all the symptoms as if I am getting my monthly. I have taken three (3) pregnancy tests all negative. this morning I felt sick but could be in my head... I will make a doc appointment if it does not show in a week...

i have been searching the net these past two days like crazy to find for possible answers on my predicament which is so similar to most of you women... as of today i am 15 days delayed to my expected period; had one hpt 4 days ago which is negative. so far, as to pregnancy-like symptoms, i am experiencing cramps, abdominal pain, lower back pain and one spotting 10 days or so ago... also, it seems i tend to eat more and sleep longer... but prior to all of these, i have been to alot of stress, what w/ babysitting 2 toddlers and running the house. i plan to see a doctor on monday to be really clarified by requesting a serum pt. i just wanted to share this and hoping for some of you to shed light on the matter. we are not trying to concieve but maybe we just got careless at one point... :(

thanks jen487 and monique009 for really updating your posts and even your lab results... it certainly helps a lot to make a comparison with what you guys went through and what i am going through right now... still hoping and praying my one and only hpt stands ... negative, that is.

Aaagghhhhhi!!!! So I am a week late also, 6 weeks since the first day of my last cycle. Hubby and I weren't trying, but we did what we did when we needed to do it to get pregnant, which I actually didn't realize until I was late and counting days. I realized on Monday that I should have gotten it on Sat. I have had headaches, bloating,slight pink discharge (implantation bleeding?), gas, sore nipples and slight nausea. I have also taken two brands of hpts and both were n egative. But I FEEL pregnant. I don't really understand all of the timing of things, but I guess if it doesn't come this week, I'll test again next Sat. Reading all of the posts on this site gives me hope, since some of you say that some of us just have low hcg levels and they don't register right away or at all...

hi all, after thinking maybe i could be pregnant after 7 1/2 weeks waiting for my period, i think the period like bleeding last week was my period :-( i havn't taken any other pregnancy test though, but thought, cause my cramping seems to have gone which i was having for weeks and weeks so maybe it was my period, see what happens with the methods i am now trying :-) so ive started to try the basal temperature and ovulation tests, started on day 9 after the 1st day of my bleed.....so far day 15 yesterday and ovulation tests are negative, my temperature seems to be up and down, which looks normal on the example chart, have intercourse often, at least every other day, which is pretty normal for us any way :-) even though the tests are negative...going to see if the tests work and if it can help me try and work out my period, see what happens, will keep you updated....fingerscrossed xxxxxxbaby dust to your allxxxxxxxxx

My Husband and I have been TTC since Oct. 2009. In March we finally had what we've been waiting for a positive HPT. We went for out first pre-natal appt. during my 9th week. During the ultrasound we discovered there was no heartbeat. We had never been so devastated in ours lives. A week later I had to have a D&C because I wasn't miscarrying on my own. Add insult to injury! I had my first period exactly 4.5 weeks after my surgery and another normal cycle 30 days after that. I have always been regular and have never missed a period. I have been testing my ovulation since Dec. 2009 and ovulated every month at the same time until I first conceived. I am unsure if I've ovulated since my miscarriage. I am currently 2 days late and have had 2 negative HPT tests. Needless to say I am a wreck and don't know what to do. I have had very sore nipples for over a week, headaches, fatigue and bloating. I don't know how I will handle another disappointment. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi folks new too this, me and my husband been TTC our 2nd since Oct 2009. My periods are always regular come every 28-30days and last about 3-4 days, my LMP was 1st May and nothing since then! been doing HPTs all negative :( went to my doc she done a betaHCG urine which also came back negative. After tht had bloodwork done on the 12 July gt results back on 14th was all negative, then she said she would test my blood for prolactin and estrogen levels got a phonecall yest from docs receptionist to make an immediate appoint gt one for thurs 22nd so confused i seriously now think there culd be something wrond with me!

Well jst an update for thoughs who are reading the forum.went to the docs yest she sending me for a scan as my progestrogen levels aree low n estrogen levels are high so need to wait for m y scan appiontment to come through can take up too 4 weks i hate this waiting and waiting my mind is working overtime!
