Please Help What Day Is It

i was on the patch and on week 4 i took it off and i period started march 21. it lasted until march 26 then on sunday the 28th i put the patch back on. i was feel sick and having bad headaches o i took it off the next day. then on april 1- 4 i had heavy break through bleeding. what day would be my period? my symptoms are nausead all day, my feet and hands feel swollen, i have been pee alot, i have this weird feeling on lower right side and a little on the left, i am tired all the time.... but i have had 4 urine test all negative and a blood test yesterday and that was below 2 hcg negative again. any one else have these symptoms?any one please help?
