Pregnancy Test Changed Over Night

i took a a EPT+/- Test last night because i am 4 days late. I am unsure with the results because it had such a faint +sign i had to strain my eyes and look for it. It wasnt all the way there Kind of on the bottom portion of the +. I Took it back out of the trash to look at it one more time after a couple hours and the + was more clear and slightly darker. Am i testing too soon? Is the EPT +/ - test no longer accurate after a certian amount of time has passed? Thanks for your help!!

I used that test too and it is confusing! But from the moment you use it the results should develope within two minutes. That result is only good for up to ten minutes from the time you used it. After fifteen minutes from the time you used it EPT says NOT to read the result as it will be wrong, or at least, it will not be accurate as it would be withing that first ten minutes after you use the test. They do however say that even if the + is very faint that should still indicate (if you read the test within that ten minutes after you use it only) that you are pregnant. Even if the shades of color are not the same on any of the lines if there is a vertical line and a horizontal line in the round window and a vertical line in the square how ever faint you may be pregnant. I would call a doctor if you think that is wehat it said and ge them to test you at thier office to be sure. Best of Luck!

Bottom line is : Disreagard any test after 10 to 15 minutes. It is NOT accurate.
