Pregnancy Test Positive Or Negative

I took a pregancy test expecting to not be pregnant so I threw out the test after a few seconds. I went back to the garbage later to look at it again andit was positive. I have never looked at it again where it was positive. I read that you are not supposed to read after ten minutes - but is it possible that I am pregnant?

it don't matter how long you leave the test the results won't change so that means you are pregnant love ray xx
