When would a pregnant women (usually) first experience symptoms. How many weeks into pregnancy. Is is really that common for women to "know" that they are just a couple weeks into their pregnancy

well everyone is different. some ppl know as soon as fertilization takes place- metallic taste in mouth, tingling b___sts , montgomery tubercles. after missed period, the usual nausea sets in.
