3 Positive Test And Tubes Tide 19 Years

My tubes have been tied 19 years due to complications with previous pregnancies. A few weeks ago I took my first test which showed a faint positive so I waited the next few days and took another with the same result. I freaked out and waited a week and took one of a different brand and it was absolutely positive. So I made a trip to the er where I spent 6 hours just too be told my test were negative with a 1.5 hcg level that they couldn't explain. Is there anyone that could assist me with the situation because its very overwhelming......
