Low Progesterone High Hgc Levels

On Friday, at my seven week appt, I found out the baby is measuring a few days off (but the heartbeat was clear) - and my progesterone levels dropped by 3 pts. I was given va___al inserts, and another scan is planned for this Friday. I was hospitalized this w/e for dehydration, and my hormone levels rose again.
I am just so scared I'm definately going to have a miscarriage. I barely lived through my previous one, and had two before that.
I've been surfing the internet, but can't really find any info. If you know any info about dropped progesterone level, please post here. Good or bad, I just want to find out something. Please help me!
