Tips For Getting Pregnant

Me and my husband decided it is time to get serious on getting pregnant considering im not getting younger. We have been trying ( without counting or calculation ovulation and nothing is happening so i went out and purchased a (20 count ) ovulation kit to help narrow down when im ovulating . Some friends have given advice saying to massage your stomache or put you legs up after s_x has this worked for any one or is there any other tricks that you are aware of?
