Is it possible to be pregnant and have heavy bleeding which seems like a period yet I am Nauseous; lightheaded; very tired, bloated feeling, stuffy nose... all the symptoms of being pregnant... thrown up twice this week after smelling certain foods. My period was due yesterday and I don't think this is implantation bleeding.

well some women have their periods and are still pregnant...me when I am pregnant no period but I have heard of plenty of women that still do you should go to the doctor and have a blood test to know for sure

I am not sure , but my mother had hers with me and my brother both .So maybe.....

Implantation bleeding is typically lighter than regular menstruation because only a small area is being sloughed, not the entire membrane. Its also usually a bright pink color or brown, and not the deep red color of menstrual fluid. Hope this helps you determine what you experienced.
