Wow!! First month of trying! What I wouldnt give for that! Good luck with your weight loss.. how did you lose the weight last time? I'm trying to lose some of my weight also .. watching what i eat, but i know I need to exercise but when do you find the time?? I am active already with my children but I guess that aint enough. Good thing you do the opks to detect the long surges.. you must have been going thru tons of them! ttc#3 - cd2

hi there ttc, I did go thru tons of them but i was so curious as to whayt was going on I coul;dn't help myself. it turned out to be helpful so i could tell my dr anyhow. i bought most of them online for cheap. in the clinic downtown there is a pernalogist dietician that is geared to help pregnant people and pre pregannt people, so my dr has refered me there and there is no cost because it is covered under insurnace. so i will meet with her every couple of weeks and have accountablity. i guess its similar to weight watchers with more direct accountabily. her reports also get sent to my dr so he will see my progress. I have to lose about 90 or so- yikes alot! it is really hard to find the time for sure, thats why I am overweight-lOL. ttyl

Hi ladies. LM3-so glad that you got some answers and although you have a lot of work ahead of you, at least you know what needs to be done and hopefully the incentive to do it! I wish someone made me accountable for my weight, it might be easier than relying on myself. Val-bummer about your appt being postponed! Hopefully your Sat appt will make up for the disappointment. Tracy-hope your p.t. goes well today-good luck. Well ladies, I'm at a loss as to what to do about pelvic pain. It's gotten so bad and I think I may have to make a call. Just for a visual for you all--it feels as if I'm having a pap smear that never ends and the contraption just keeps expanding and expanding. It used to only be painful when I moved, now the pain/pressure are constant, even when I'm sitting down. It's so depressing to know I still have 5 months to go with this, and like you said, TTC, the bigger the baby gets, the harder it'll be. I just don't know if I can wait another week to talk to the doc about it. It's starting to make me very crabby. It's miserable to be in pain all the time. I feel like such a baby about it, but I just want to cry when it hurts so bad.

BM5.....sorry to hear you are having so much pain. Have you slowed down on the nookie??? I know how you feel about looking ahead and realizing how much longer you'll have to endure such pain. I feel the same way about my back. My life revolves around my d__n back now. I went to PT this morning and the guy said that my posture is so bad. I am arching my lower back, and I am compensating for the belly weight by leaning forward, so as a result, I am trying to hold myself up by using the muscles in my upper back to pull myself straight and they are spasming because it's all too much for them to bear. I keep trying to tell you guys that my belly is big!!!! He also said I need to tuck my pelvis under to straighten my lower back, but I told him I have gained 40 pounds and my b___t just won't tuck anymore!!! The ma__sage the lady gave me was awesome but of course lasted about 10 minutes. It seems to have helped a little, but I go back on Friday before I leave for Cleveland, so I'm hoping it just gets looser and looser. The doc mentioned taking a Valium since it's a muscle relaxer, but I just can't seem to feel good about doing that. It scares me, even though from experience with my lower back, I know it works wonders. Hmmmmm. Well, I will check in tomorrow. I hope you all are well, and BM5.....make that call to the doc and see what they say.

Hi Ladies, Lovemy3 glad you went to the doctors and got some answers in regards to your concerns. I agree with Val, if you can get some answers in the next few days save your sanity and give your doctor a call. Tylersmommy good luck with your scan tomorrow, I have never had a 4d scan but would love to since this is the last time I will be pregnant. My birthday is on the 5th so I thought that would be a nice gift. TTC # 35 We were not trying to get pregnant at the time we conceived our last son, we thought it would be impossible. This time was a shock also a shock since we didn’t even think I was ovulating at the time. Sorry I know I missed some people, the contractions are back again.. more bed rest. It’s so worth it but laying on my back has become really tiring. Take care Louisa
