BM5 - sorry........I wasn't ignoring you. Just being blind!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great news that everything is so great with your little one and that you don't have to go through the amnio. As you say, that's a relief. Woweee - he was doing back flips?!!!? Fantastic. Mine is too but I've never actually SEEN it happen on ultrasound - only felt it and seen my tummy move into strange contortions which makes me giggle!! Hope your pt appointment went well today and you've got some relief from the pain. Must go - tired today!! Big Hugs to all XOXOXOX

This site has been very slow for me for about a week now and it's p__sing me off, so that is why my visits are scarce. I miss you guys, but will check in on you first thing in the morning when I have more patience to sit and wait for each page to load!

Well this stinks. I'm at work, very early trying to make up time I missed for my appts on Mon and Tue and I'm very tired and crabby. All in all I missed about 5 hrs, coming in early I'm only making up about 1 hour. How I'm going to make up all 5 hours this week, is beyond me. An hour early each day for the rest of the week is only 3 hours and I'm just too tired at 5 to work late. I haven't had any problems with the site at all. it's a little slow, but not too bad. I went to p.t. yesterday and they gave me good news and bad news. The good news was that my pelvic bone or back are not out of alignment. The bad news is they can't do anything for me. He said the only real relief is to not walk. Hah! That's possible-not! So now I'm just hoping to avoid bed rest. Tracy-how's the house hunting going? Are you for sure on bedrest now? I hope it all works out. TTC-the spot should go away and I guess it's very common among all babies, healthy and otherwise. The tech said that in about 4 or 5 years they're probably going to stop telling people about it because it's that common. No AF I hope! Sending tons of baby dust your way! Punkin-I hope you're feeling better. Great story about your dd, kids are great! Loved-hope your doing well, I love the story about the 4-D picture your dh requested. Hilarious. It'll be a great story to share with him later! LM3-I hope your doing well-stay positive. How's the weight loss coming? Keep us informed, we can give you great support. Hopeful-what a great example you are setting, getting so prepared for the birth. It'll really help you to be relaxed when that time comes knowing that you're prepared. When is yours and dh's anniversary? I hope it's a wonderful day! Better get to work-uggghhhh....sorry if I missed anyone! Hugs to everyone. P.S. Anyone having strong Braxton-hicks contractions? I'm finding myself having to breathe through them already. They are getting very strong.

TTC#3@35 - February 21

Morning Sorry BM5 about the work hours... I remember way back when I was last pg I had to go home everyday at 3 & take a nap.. i was completely exhausted everyday! I did have very strong B Hicks contractions for my last pg.. fun fun fun.. how long do you have still? I had them for about 1 month before delivery. Tracy - I know the p__sed off feeling.. that is why i do this at work.. my computer at home would kill me with slowness!! Hope your taking it easy. 12-13dpo & i think im feeling some cramps so im sure af is coming that little #$**#&*$#!!!

Tracy88 - February 21

I think I had my first Braxton-Hicks last night. Scary for me since I am having problems already and was warned by the doc of having so many contractions in an hour, etc...... so, I noted the time, and luckily didn't feel anymore. I have been sleeping so badly that I have been on the verge of tears. I truly feel like I am being tortured. The restless legs at night is what's really pushing me over the edge. I can't relax, but have been ordered to do nothing......such a contradiction to my body. I'll check back later.

Lovedblessings - February 21

Good morning! I am dilated 3cm with lots of contractions these days. Although nothing leading to labour. Next week if I go into labour the doctors will not try to stop it. At this point I am very ready to meet my new little boy! Here is one site I used during my last pregnancy w w w.babies.sutterhealth.org/laboranddelivery/labor/ld_breathe.html there are a few more I will add later today! My eyes always have to be closed as I am breathing. Try to picture how you think your baby will look. Babymakes5 so glad your ultrasound went well, the 4 d pictures are amazing! Did you get a DVD of the ultrasound too? TTC #335 wish there was some way to help you through all the frustration of waiting for any kind of results. Hang in there! Tracy88 and Babymakes5 Braxton hicks can be very painful and stressful at the same time. Even when I went into labour the contractions were not what any web site described. The contraction felt permanent with no break in between. Did not make a difference if I sat or stood up the tight feeling would still be there. What scared me at the time was the v____al pressure and cramp like feeling. Which was the baby's head engaging. Both of my other boys were induced which you go into hard labour a lot faster without out any building up to the strong contractions. Therefore I did not know what natural labour felt like. Tracy have you tried to eat more bananas? I think it was TTC# 335 who recommended eating more which was working great. We haven't had any in the house for just about a week and the cramps came back last night. Off to the grocery store for sure today to stock up! Warm milk and honey helps me sleep for part of the night also. However YOU WILL wake up to go to the bathroom. 6 times last night YIKES! Depends are starting to look really great.. My DH mentioned something about them not being too s_xy... what does he know!

babymakes5 - February 21

Loved-you sound like you're in good spirits! Maybe you could get depends with lace?lol Besides, who feels s_xy now anyways???? Not me. I feel like a cargo ship bringing in precious cargo, but I'm just a vessel. The 4-d pictures were great-I think my boy looks like he's got a big nose, but dh says it looks fine. I can't wait until he comes out to compare if they really look like that. You can almost see their skin and everything when it's 4-d. How exciting that you may be so close to holding him!!! Tracy-that stinks that you're not getting any sleep. Being told you HAVE to relax is not fun. I know when they told me to try not to walk much yesterday at p.t., I thought to myself, yeah right. That's just about impossible. So now I just have to live through it I guess, maybe taking it easier at home at night. TTC-I still have 4 months to go, so it seems awfully early for me to be getting strong braxton hicks contractions, but I'm pretty sure I remember that in my other pregnancies too. My next ob appt isn't until mar 07, so I guess if they get too bad before then maybe I should call. I've also been having some v____al pain, but I think it's from too much b-ding? Afterwards I'm having a hard time going to the bathroom because it feels like I'm all stretched out? (sorry for TMI) I should probably take a break, but it's so hard...it's one of the only pleasures I have left-lol.

TTC#3@35 - February 21

Oh Tracy - Im so sorry your feeling tortured! Thats terrible.. Do keep track of all the tightness your feel in you abdomen..just in case. LB - 3 cm dilated already?? when you due?.. I can't keep you guys straight. BM5 - Are you doing to much during the day? That'll get those B/H contractions going.. Slow down! & enjoy that bding because when you hit that 8-9 month it becomes quite a feat to get there! Oh yeah .. where can you buy those depends with lace.. sounds s_xy as hell!! haha

Tracy88 - February 21

BM5, by comparing other 3D/4D u/s's with the actual baby that comes out, for some reason the nose always seems bigger in the womb. I remember telling that to my husband. LovedB, the bananas have helped with any leg cramping I may have had, but my problem is really restless leg syndrome. I make sure to take my prenatals now, and have had to add iron, so hopefully on top of all the fruit I eat it will help, but tonight I am going to do what the doc suggested and take a benadryl. I have no idea if it will help, but the goal here is to get at least one good night of sleep. LovedB, I cannot believe you are so close to having your baby! How long have you spent in bed now? TTC#3....thanks for all of your sympathy! I really do feel like I am going to fall apart soon. I found out this morning that a good friend of mine from college and beyond died in a car crash about two months ago. Noone knew how to get in touch with me, so I'm just now finding out. I was absorbing the info quite well until I looked at a picture of us when it dawned on me that she is gone. The whole story is just a tragic love story....sad. Well, maybe some of these tears will help relieve some of my pent up frustrations. This website still has me ready to throw my computer across the room. I'm trying to check in to keep up, but it is driving me nutso!

TTC#3@35 - February 21

Good luck tracy with a good nights sleep. Talk to all tomorrow.. Im outta work.. whoohooo!!

Lovedblessings - February 21

Babymakes5 S_xy.. Oh ya that is exactly how I am feeling. My DH made a comment last night about how glad he is that I am pregnant. Apparently my side view is not so hot! This baby is one big basketball and let's face it maternity wear is not very appealing.. At least not to me! When you hit that finally stage of pregnancy most women have just had enough. Yes, it is very exciting the day is getting closer where I can hold him in my arms. Never too much information! With that much s_x it would explain the contractions since orgasms cause them. My poor DH is really suffering at 25 weeks when I went on bed rest the doctor told us no more until s_x for us! Here we are at almost 33 weeks and the poor guy is just about climbing the walls! Then there will be six weeks after the baby is born. He jokes that he could die from lack of it and I keep reminding him that if that would happen he would be the first! TCC#35 I was given two due dates, although my own doctor wants to keep the later date. March 31st and April 13th. My cycles hadn't started after my son had born since I was nursing. My son would have been three or four months when we conceived! March 31 was the date given to me with the amino testing that was performed. Tracy, beardy should help you sleep too. This would make you feel so much better. Let me know how it works for you. Sorry to hear about your friend, that is awful! Let yourself have a good cry, release some of those frustrations. You will feel so much better after you do. Are you able to cat nap through out the day? Take good care of yourself and get your DH to give you a great back rub.

Tracy88 - February 22

Well, last night I fell apart. Between the news of my friend dying and my restless legs, I just lost it. I haven't cried that hard in a long time. I am tired, uncomfortable, and frustrated to no end, and just couldn't suck it up any more. Loved, I try to take naps during the day, but I only end up falling asleep for like 20 minutes and wake up restless physically, but tired mentally. I didn't take Benadryl last night because I thought that I don't want this little rugrat to be sluggish on the day of her 3D scan, which is tomorrow. The one time I took Benadryl, she did not move for a few days, so I don't want to affect her natural behavior before this scan. They are going to re-check my cervix tomorrow to see how that is going too. I'll kepp you posted.

Lovedblessings - February 22

Tracy so sorry you put in such a rough night! The good cry would of help but the pain from your legs would be no picnic. Hopefully over the next few weeks the ultrasound will show that your cervix hasn't changed and you will be able to get up and about a bit more! Your right about not wanting your baby to be sluggish, I wish I brought some apple juice with me to my scan since the little toad did not want to move his hand away from his face at all. He always moves around so much once I have some juice. Orange juice is great but talk about wicked heart burn. I wish there was some magical cure for that! Everything I eat at the moment gives me heartburn. Make sure you get a DVD of your baby tomorrow, then when you are having a tough day you can put it on and see what all these struggles are going to produce! Napping is not a great rest for me, like yourself I wake up over tired. It's very tough when you start your day feeling exhausted. Take care

TTC#3@35 - February 22

Morning all.. Tracy i was hoping to hear you got some sleep & felt better but I guess not.. I hope your scan will cheer you up some. LB- you got a while to go yet... keep that baby in there.. what does your dr say about being 3cm dilated already? Me--im just crampy & moody so im sure af will show Friday or Saturday. So im pretty much feeling down in the dumps.. overweight, ugly, my hair wont cooperate, pimples, cant get pg.. its like great what else!
