Boo I left you a message on the other thread about this and what I think could be going on things are going well for me at this point but I did forget to tell you on the other thread that i have missed periods in the past like 2-3 at a time I think I had cysts that were preventing me from having my af. I never was checked for them at the time thinking that I was getting to the age that I would be starting to go thtu menopause my dr. has confirmed that I am too young for that so I think it had to be cysts causing the missed af. good luck and make them recheck in a month. Hi Pam, you are probably right, but I wish they knew what THEY were talking about. I have had such conflicting info form the same people. I could understand it if it were different people. Did you need help to get your af started or did you just wait it out? Take care and good luck this month, I hope you get your BFP

I did not have to have help getting it started I just waited for it since I was not trying to get pg at the times it would go months between. I did have a normal af with my last cyst I knew it had ruptured bc I felt pain and when I did get af it was very clotty sorry if tmi If I were ttc when i missed af I would definatly get help getting it started. I think you should get a second opinion like the ladies on the other thread stated it is important that you know whats going on and if they can not answer your questoins then you need to find someone who can. I don't have any infertility issues right now but when I have questions I can usually just call my dr and he is great about answering them. I will have to find a new ob this time since my ob retired last year but my dr. for reproductive medicine will get me thru the first part making sure its not eptopic. I really wish the best for you and hope that you can find a dr. who is willing to help you thru this. I think women loike us who go thru so much to have babies again deserve the best possible care. baby dust to you boo I know and have faith that it will happen you will get a bfp!!!

well nothing on the monitor yet it says c/d 6 and I'm currently on 4 I expect Saturday to start testing. I let you a message on the other thread but you answered my question i am so glad you are getting a 2nd opinion You have the right to know what is going on. let me know what you find out. I have been temping and every day the thermometer says something different. I thought it was only to change By .5 degrees or more when you have ovulated. I guess since I am still having af that might be what is causing the flucuation? I am using a basal body thermometer. or maybe because its so cold outside right now with snow on the ground my body can not keep a good temp. right now? I am really confused about the whole temping thing I've gone from97.3 twice to 96.4 to 97.5 nothing the same I guess I just don't know. anyway Please keep me updated with you. I hope you get a bfp soon or af just so you can know something good luck and baby dust

Hi Pam, I'm not sure about the temping whilst you are on oyur cycle, but I would have expected your temp to be a little higher. I've read you get a temp dip when you are ovulating then it springs back up the day after. Are you taking it before you get out of bed in the morning and at the same time each day? Have you started testing yet? Let me know. I'm at the dr's tomorrow, will write and let you know what he says. Fingers crossed for you this month. I read that other lady's thread where she had told you she fell pg after a tr....theere is hope for us. Baby dust

Hey Boo I have done 2 tests now and am still showing low fertility as I expect to continue maybe a week I should be ovulating somewhere around the 18-20 of Dec. which would be counting back 14 dyas from my anticipated next c/d1 We have of course started bding never can get enough practice. lol I will let you know when I get a high fertility on the monitor. Please let me know what you find out tomorrow a dr. I pray it is good news. this is another dr. correct. I hope you find someone who can tell you what is going on may you have a bfp can only pray! good luck and baby dust!

hi there, I used the fertility monitor only one month and couldnt get a peak on it, stayed on high the whole time after cd10. But then comparing at the same time I used regular opks for comparison, they all showed surge on cd18. but mind you I am still ttc. Just wanted to share that with you.

thanks lovemy3 I am trying it for the 1st time this month and am not getting even a high and I am on cd16 so dh and I are bding alomst daily I don't want to miss my chance and am concerned that I might not o this month as I have history of cysts thanks for the feedback

HI Pam, keep up with monitor, it does warn us that the first month may not be accurate as it needs to get to know us. Keep doing what you are doing and if nothing happens get it checked out by the dr. See as you have a history they should check this. Good luck to you this month.

Thanks boo It's just frustrating I read on the web site for the monitor that it can also mean lack of o so if I don't get anything this month I will see dr next if nothing happens we keep bding and maybe something will happen
