Hey girls, I just thought I'd get us started on the second trimester board, although some of us still have a couple of weeks...... Based on my last u/s I will be 13 weeks on my birthday (Sunday-March 6th) so I still have some a couple of weeks to go b/c I think the 2nd trimester doesn't start until week 14 but I'm not sure..

Beth, Have you felt your baby move yet? or any flutters?

Hey Lucky, I am posting mym response for your question from 1st Trimester over here. Okay, with my 1st, I was so skinny (5ft7in-130lbs...hey, it was skinny to me!) that I could actually SEE the baby moving at 16 weeks, which is unusual because you aren't supposed to feel it until 20 weeks. It was so weird, it looked like an alien took residence in my stomach. I felt my second at about 15-16 weeks, but it was mostly rolling or little thumps here and there and I am still waiting on the little guy that is cooking right now. I will be 12 weeks on Monday, so I have a bit to go, but I think at this point since you are so small, you very possibly could be feeling what I would describe as a 'rolling' sensation. BTW, I always thought the 1st trimester ended at 12 weeks.....strange. I have a bad feeling that I am having a girl, but we've had a name picked out for her for like 4 years now- Saylee Mae. My kids names now are Bradley and Audrey-Rose so I need something that ends in a 'eee' sound. Any suggestions for a boy name?

I thought I have, but then I second guess myself, and they are not so much "flutters" what I feel, they are much heavier. . .am I crazy?

Hi girls!! I found you! When I saw that noone was posting on 1st trimester I presumed you were over here :) Good to see you are all doing well :) I've got two more weeks to go before hitting the 2nd trimester.. can't wait. I got my blood tests done today and had to pee in a cup... always a joy ;) I'm starting to feel less nauseated but needing to pee all the time (that just started!) Should I be worried about feeling less sick or is that normal at this stage??

Beth - March 8

I don't think you should worry at all Citrouille, I think that you are luck yto not be sick the whole pregnancy!! :0)

Beth, I'm trying very very hard not to worry.. I just can't help myself! I've got an u/s on the 18th and I'm praying that my little one is ok!

I know EXACTLY how you feel, Before my last apt I was a mess, but as soon as they found that little heartbeat I felt better, SO I promised myself to try not to worry from now on. Maybe this next apt is the one you will need to relax a little!! :0)
