Complete Placenta Previa Help

Hello. I am 19 weeks and just had my morphology u/s revealing we are having a boy!!! But, it also revealed that i have complete placenta previa. I am so worried. My MD gave me all the possible outcomes and for some reason i keep focusing on the worst....bleeding and premature labor. Anyone have this problem too? Or anyone have this in previous pregnancies with a positive outcome? Thank you for your help!
