I am 14 weeks today, and I feel fetal movements a lot on the left side with my left hand. When I try to feel my baby moving with my right hand, on my left side, I can barely feel the movements. Does anyone know why this would be like this? Or has anyone else had the same problem?

I am 14wks, too! I love feeling my baby move. As far as your question goes, I cant help you on that one. You may wants to call the doctor and ask. They seem to have answers for everything!

I read that when you put your hand on your tummy to feel the baby, the pressure from your hand sooths them, so maybe by the time you try to feel with your right hand, the baby couldv'e stopped moving by then. Right now, I think that your baby is not big enough to kick you very hard, plus, there's still lots of room in there! When it kicks your tummy, it probably pushes itself further back into your uterus. As long as you feel your baby, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. Good luck! =)
