I am SICK of being SICK!!! I feel okay unless I am hungry, which seems to be all the time? I do not feel like eating, nothing sounds good! I guess I am looking for some suggestions as to what to eat. I eat crackers, chicken soup, cheerios, popcicles and potatoes constantly. Those are the only things I can think of that sound okay. Fruit sounds good, like watermelon and cantaloupe, but I have to limit that because Im at risk for G.D. I am trying to drink lots of sprite and water, because my Mom told me that would help and it does. I'm almost 9 weeks and hoping this doesn't last too much longer.

I have been there! My morning sickness didnt go away until I was about 15 weeks. I ate potatoes and fruit and soups and salads. Light things. It sucks but it should get better. Sorry your not feeling well!

Who told you to avoid fruit but to drink Sprite if you are at risk of G.D?!?!? If you are in fact at risk you should be seen by a dietician for this and get specific guidelines.

My ms just stopped about a week ago, I'm 14 weeks now. The one thing I found to help ease my stomach was peppermint gum. Sometimes I wasn't hungry, but my stomach would start turning. Other than that I pretty much ate what your eating with the exception of dairy, cheese, milk ice cream etc all seems to be okay for me. Good luck, it does get better. Cindy

I know how you feel. I am 13 weeks and have been nauseous 24/7 since 7 weeks. My dr. suggests not letting your stomach get completely empty while you are awake. She says several small meals/snacks (healthy of course) throughout the day helps. I also found that mint gum really works. I HAVE TO HAVE IT with me all the time. As soon as you feel nauseous pop in a piece of gum and it goes away. Also vitamin B6 is supposed to be safe and help. I am going to get some today. I did not have ms with my daughter so this is all new. I am really hoping it gets better now that I am in the 2nd trimester. I am pregnant with twins though so my dr. says "double the hormones double the symtoms". You think I would be used to it after 6 weeks but sometimes I am so nauseous I am afraid to get out of bed lol! Good luck!

mommajackson- I feel for you, my sister just had twins. Had morning sickness the entire pregnancy- up to the day she delivered. Has anyone tried the suckers and candy that Motherhood sells? Those work wonders at controlling m/s.
