How Are You All Keeping Fit

Hi everyone, just wondering how you are all keeping fit. I have been walking for 30-40 mins most days. I am 14 weeks . Just wondering how far into your pregnancy you are exersizing. And what are you doing to keep fit.

Hi NG. I am 12 16 weeks, I have been trying to walk most days. I find that I get sore knees so my doctor has recomended swimming. I am not sure if I will or not.

I'm too tired to keep fit. Work just knocks me out. I hope I will have more energy soon.

I walk at 5:30 every morning for 45 minutes and lift hand weights after for about 15. I need to do it because I am short and have always needed to do some sort of exercise. It does exhaust me lately, though - I am 16 weeks. I plan to swim in the summer and I hope to exercise until I am nine months, provided my Doctor allows it.

I walk for 20 min., about 5 times a week. I take the stairs whenever possible. I'm trying to eat healthy and drink water. I'm about 17 weeks along and am not near as tired as I used to be.

i go to the pool 2 or 3 times a week and take my kids for walks when the weather is nice.
