Dear Paige, ME TOO. I can't believe somebody out there has EXACTLY the same problem and I am EXACTLY 21.5 weeks pregnant just like you!! I am 5'3 & 1/2 and was 119 pounds when I started and now I also weight the same weight as you, but I must say, I was EATING like miss piggy for sure. So, what I've done lately is cut out all pasteries and ice cream because that is what I was eating alot of before as well as my own meals. Too much. The Dr. said I was only 4 pounds over so, that's why I had to stop, and now eat only meals and finished. Let me know how it goes please.

with my first baby, I gained over 60 pounds, and I did not once think it was too much. Nobody told me it was too much at my prenatal check-ups, either. If you do the math, that is only an average of 1.5 pounds a week. And really, my daughter was only 7 pounds! in case you are wondering, I lost all of the weight within a year even though I was eating a ma__sive amount of calories every day because I was b___stfeeding. Every woman's body is different. Listen to your cravings and eat what your body needs. There is no arbitrary "correct" number for how much weight every woman should gain.

I am 5'3 started at 107 and now at 26weeks weigh 122, if your underweight to start you likely will gain a little more, your half way through and if you put on a pound a week from here on then you haven't gained more then the recomended amount of 25-35lbs. I know how you feel it's not easy watching that scale grow, but it is for such a good reason
