Just Made 25 Weeks Baby Not Positioned Right

Hey it's me Michaela, I just made 25 weeks and have been cramping a lot feels like contractions I called my doctor and he told me to come to the hospital so I did, come to find out my little boy Caleb wasn't positioned right so they gave me some medicine and stuff to make him go back into position, has anyone else had something similar to this? Did, the baby position right?
