Hey! I'm sorry, it took me so long to respond. I just woke up as I have such a hard time sleeping at night. Yep, I'm in Vancouver but the northern part heading towards longview . . . and smaller cities like battleground etc. What part of Portland are you in? Close to the bridge or snug as a bug hidden, cuz dang Portland is big... How far along are you? How is your pg going? Hey there, what made you move over there? I have lived in the Vancouver area for going on 3 years now. I am native Californian, originally from Los Angeles. I loved living up here the first year and now all this rain and clouds and stuff has really got me down. I wish hubby and I could move back to CA but finances just don't allow for it. UGH! So I am pg with #1-our baby girl also- Samantha Marie and I will be 26 weeks Sunday. :) My biggest current complaint is beginning of third tri narcolepsy. I am just soooo stinkin' lethargic. I could sleep and sleep and sleep. Well except for at night time when I'm actually sposed to. LOL... When are you gonna be tested for gest. diabetes? I have my glucose tolerance test on Monday and am kinda nervous as I have an increased risk being I have a family history of diabetes AND I am overweight. I am more dreading than anything though b/c I HATE HATE HATE the nutritionist lady I will have to go to if I have it. On the bright side if I do have it, they'll prolly induce me early around 37 weeks and that would be fabulous as my hubby has his brother's wedding to go to in Mexico (he's like best man) around her edd and I dont want him to miss her arrival!!

well i moved over here for a couple of reasons. im very imvolved in my church so about two and a half years ago i moved to salem for a year from battle ground then i moved into portland. ive been here ever since. i was working downtown portland and it was cheaper to just stay over here. im not working any more instead im in school. so we have to wait till i graduate and get a job before we can move back. i dont like living here. ilived in vancouver basically my whole life. my family is over there plus my hubby works over there. my biggest complaint would have to be the having to eat all the time. im such a picky eater and being pregnant i get bad heart burn so its hard to find things to eat. my tummy never stops growling. the sleeping thing wold have to be second. i can never sleep. i guess its prepping me for when lylee comes right? the testing thing im not sure about. i have an appt on thursday so im thinking my dr will tell me then. that would be grerat if you get induced. you can always request it too. im going to. well my dr is thinking of doing it for medical reasons. i have problems with kidney function so instead of placing the stent in me he wants to induce me. but im having to request it to be done too because im due on the 4th of july and my insurance runs out on june 25th. so im hoping he will understand and just do it you know? so do you work or are you staying home?

OH! So, you know where Battle Ground is! Cool! A lot of people when they ask where I live and I say Battle Ground (or the outskirts of) get question marks in their eyes and then I say right inside/outside of Vancouver which inevitably they say, CANADA? and I go no, Washington and they say is it near Seattle? LOL Its very difficult living in a small town. Especially coming from such a big city such as Los Angeles where everyone knows it by name alone and there is no other that comes to mind first. That would be awesome if he would induce you early especially for the medical reasons but the financial reasons can cause enough stress that it would be for more medical reasons. LOL... I ALSO have an appt on Thursday with my OB, however she will be discussing the results of my glucose test with me.. yuck!! I am praying with all my heart and soul that against the odds I don't have GD! I love my ice cream too much, especially with this horrible acid reflux I have. Whole milk and ice cream are about the only two things that help. Unfortunately though, I am NOT a picky eater and that is why I have already gained 30 lbs. EEEKKKK!!!! My mom says I am doing good as she gained 60 with me and 100 with my sister. My doc doesn't seem to worried about it except for the gestational diabetes factor and the fact that my little Sammi's is ranging in the 95th percentile. UGH! Big babies do not run in my or my husband's family but it would be just MY luck to be the first to have a 9 or 10 lb'er.. LOL... I am currently a SAHW and will be a SAHM. My hubby is really wonderful and is taking care of us! How about yourself? If you do work, what do you do? Well, I have a bit of the cleaning/laundry/fix up the nursery bug so even though its neary 10:30 pm I better get to it otherwise it will drive me nutz! TTYS!

yeah i know where battle ground is. i lived there for two and half years. thats funny how people would ask you if it was in canada. when i lived in cali for a very short time thats what they would ask to me. so i had to say portland or because they had no clue and it was just easier. do you reemeber ever seeing a big blue and white bus around town, or they people that do the car washes in town? well that s the church im with. we had a rehab home in battle ground till about 3-4 months ago. we lived in the old nursing home across the street from battle ground high school. so i used to be in the rehab. i was there for 28 months. i used to be addicted to meth REALLY BAD. but now im better. i will have five years clean this aug. ok sorry i got all perwsonal with you about my life. im not proud of who i used to be but im excited about who i am today. ok you have to educate me what is SAWH and SAHM? no i dont work i go to school full time. well i guess part time. only four hours a day in cla__s but there is alot of homework to do you know. my hubby is a good size man. he is mexician/indian/german. but everyone thinks he is samoan. but his mom says he only weighed 6 lbs when he was born. i have gained just 10 lbs but im really big. i have looked 6 months preggo for a long time. people stared to question how far along i really am. i got pregnant the night of my wedding found out on halloween found out i was having a girl on valentines day and im due on july 4th. pretty funny huh?? well i have talked your ear off. but write back ok

Hey there, yeah I have tons of friends still in California and they always ask me if I live close to the border of Canada. I'm like NOOOO! LOL... What part of California did you live in?? wow, so its good to hear that you are better after such a hard time in your life. That must have been really tough. I am a self diagnosed obsessive compulsive so I understand what its like to have things control your life, but it is so awesome that you have taken back control! Meth is a nasty nasty drug anyway and you are soooooo much better off without it. :) Congrats on 5 years! OK, so SAHW=stay at home wife and SAHM= stay at home mom... what are you studying to be/do? Oh and thats totally awesome all those special dates that things happened. I had a m/c in August and got pregnant again the next cycle, found out the night of my 23rd birthday but that's about as special as occurences vs special days have happened in my pregnancy. I too have looked big for a long time. Do you have myspace or piczo or something. If you wanna check out my pics copy this into your addy bar. i dont have myspace but some of us mommies to be stared a pizco. its july2008mommies. i used to have my space but some stupid stuff happened i figured if anyone wanted to talk to me they can text me or pick up the phone. lol. hey we really need to stay in touch. i dont know anyone around me thats preggo. i have friends that have kids but its totally different going thru this at the same time as someone u know

OMG ur piczo is so dang cute. i just started mine and i dont know how to do cool things on it like urs. how do u add friends? is it like myspace kinda or what cuz i just dont get it lol.,

Hey there, ok so piczo is a ton different than myspace and in my opinion much easier. In order to get cute things I go here . . . . glitter-graphics.com/gallery.php?categoryID=45&page=177 <---- you can find all sorts of blinkies/avatars/glitter graphics etc. Use the html codes and then once on the piczo window click on tools ---> add html and then copy and paste the html code into the box and push ok. Once you have pictures and text etc, on there that you want to move around just click on the little arrow in the right hand corner of the dotted box surrounding the thing you want to move and a hand should appear next to the arrow. You can move and set items anywhere and it will automatically save for you. Same goes for text just click tools, add text choose font and color and press ok and then again for 'glitter graphics' choose what u want it to say and type in whatever you want and select font, color, outline and shadow then press ok. Unlike myspace you can add pages/delete pages etc. As for friends you can go to the friends tab at the top of the page and click request friends. Then if you know their piczo addy or their e-mail you enter it in and send the request. Once they accept it you will be on their friends list and they on yours. BTW in the addy for the glitter graphics/avatars page ---> glitter-graphics.com/gallery.php?categoryID=45&page=177 <---- there should be no hyphens except for the one between the words glitter and graphics so if you see any, erase them after you copy and paste the code... I hate how pg-info enters hyphens wherever they feel like it.. LOL

Hey there, sorry its taken me a while to respond! My hubby has been home this past couple of days and I dont use the computer when he's home. Anyhoo, i did see your page and it is very cute indeed!! As for easter its usually up in the air or i spend it with my family cuz i never know if my husband is working or not. Sorry I have to make this brief but I will write more a bit later. Hubby is in the shower and I'm sposed to be getting his clothes ready for work. TTYL
