Usually they say to drink some fruit juice and lay on your side to get the baby moving. I usually can feel the baby if I drink water and slouch down on the couch with my feet up on the table. If you want to call your doctor to feel better, they may tell you the same thing. Babies have off days too. Good luck.

It can be pretty common during those first weeks when you begin to feel movement for them to have off days. Even when I was 26 weeks with my daughter and movement became very constant by that point, she still had a day where I don't think I felt her move for almost 24 hours. Right before I called my doctor she started up again. Try drinking a nice cold drink of water or juice and then crouching with your knees close to your chest or lying flat with nothing covering your lower belly. If you still don't feel anything for a day or so feel free to call your doctor and get some peace of mind. This baby I've been feeling more constantly since 16 1/2 weeks, but I am just waiting for that off day.
