Not Showing Yet I M Worried

This may seem silly, but I am so worried because I'm not showing yet AT ALL. I'm only 14 weeks (tomorrow), but I feel like I should be out of my normal jeans by now. I can still button my pants. They're snug and pretty uncomfortable, but still. I'm paranoid about everything because I've lost 3 pregnancies in the past. I thought I would feel better once I got past the 12 week mark, but I swear it's worse. Is it normal to not be showing at all at this point? When did other people start to have issues with their clothes?

With my first two I didnt show until I was 5 months. I am starting to show now but this is my third pregnancy. I am 13 weeks.

I'm a little thicker now but I don't quite have a bump yet. I'm 24 weeks 3 days. If you'd like to see belly pix go to lifeis1drful.piczo.com its under pregnancies > baby #2 > belly pix. This is my second one so all the little pix next to the big ones is comparing my belly with how I was with my daughter. Every body is different and especially if you look at those ultrasounds you'll see every pregnancy is different. Good luck!

thanks, ladies! britt_m, that's crazy how different you're showing between your first and second pregnancy.

I'm sorry in the last sentence I ment belly pix not ultrasounds, but it is crazy I figured I'd be so much bigger and a lot sooner as thats what folks say to expect.

I wouldnt worry. Lots of people dont really show until after 16 weeks. If your pants are getting tight, maternity clothes are right around the corner for you!

I am fourteen weeks and still feel just FAT. Or bloated, not pregnant though because I still fit most of my clothes. With my first I started showing by the end of my fifth month into my sixth. So who knows? I guess it shouldn't really bother us till six months or so. Seems to be the average.

It really is hard not to worry. Every cramp or wierd sensation I get, I want to call my doctor and beg for an u/s. I'm trying to calm down because, you're right, worrying won't help me at all.

i am exactly 15 weeks and i am not showing at all either. it's my first pregnancy too. i still have abs! it's ok though, as long as your baby is fine then there is nothing to worry about. i think its great to still be small..less bigger clothes to buy!

I'm not showing either, but since your so worried, have you thought about renting a doppler?

mcbee - July 15

Actually, I have thought about renting a doppler. It's kind of something that I keep meaning to talk to my dh about. Maybe I'll do that. I know it would make me feel better if I could listen to the heart beat whenever I wanted to.

mayalene - July 16

I'm 16 weeks, starting to show.very slightly. Otherwise people would just think Im gaining weight. It only became more noticeable in the past 1-2 weeks. My 1st pregnancy. I am hoping not to show so soon actually. Dont worry, give it another few weeks and you will start to show
