POSSIBLE NAMES

The ever popular topic of names! We tried so hard to agree on something original for our ds but not too out there, we ended up with Lucas Michael. Its not so original! Now we are expecting #2 and at 15 weeks we don't know the s_x, but have started thinking of names. I love Jackson Philip for a boy and Gracelynn Rose for a girl. What do you think?????

I LOVE Gracelynn. Thats the name I wanted for my little girl but my husband does not like it at all :o( I think Gracelynn Rose has a very pretty sound to it. I like Jackson alot but I know a TON of people with little boys named that.

I love both names! My husband and I choose Dylan Robert for a boy but we cannot come up with a girls name. I have a daughter, Alexis, and we would really like to do another girls name that begins with an "A'. Any suggestions?? I know that this is a weird thing to do but my daughter asked that we do this and we want her to be a huge part of this baby and help make decisions with us. Thanks!

I love Gracelynn!! Super cute. Jackson is nice too, but it is super popular right now. So, it depends how you feel about that. Also, for A names...I like Adrianna a lot! I think we decided on our names - Gabrielle Sue (my middle name) and Brayden MIchael (my dh's middle name) - what do you think?

I agree that Gracelynn is a nice name, and that Jackson is very popular at the moment(but I still like the name - my friend has a son named Jackson). I too have a dilemma with the name issue. My boyfriend LOVES the name Ashley for a girl but I think it's far too common(I know at least 5 kids named Ashley). How do I convince him that Ashley is no good for us without hurting his feelings?

We are doing Parker David for a boy, and Avery Joy for a girl

Tomygirl-We have a daughter named Alyssa and were thinking of doing another A name for our little girl on the way. Some names I have thought of Ashlyn, Angelia, Addison, Ariel... bbdreams-Maybe Ashlyn, its close to Ashley but not as common, plus I think it is beautiful. aaaaaa-We had Parker picked out for a boy, we love that name!! But alas we are having another girl :o)

Yeah, Jackson is common right now and I'm not crazy about that but his grandpas name is Jack and he wants that but I like a name that can be shortened to a nickname ya know so.....aaaaa I love Avery, hadn't thought of that one. jessb, if you like Parker, use if for a girl, I think its still cute for a girl. If my son had been a girl, his name would have been Peyton Renee but now I don't want to use that one if this one is a girl. Silly??? But I thin I have him sold on Gracelynn shortened to Gracie.

We've had Zoey and Evan picked out since we first considered having a baby. After I got pregnant I decided I really liked the name Liam for a boy too, but I think we'll stick with Evan if we have a boy. So Zoey Lynn for a girl and Evan Oliver for a boy.

jcross- I would love to use Parker for a girl's name, believe me I have suggested it and the entire family veto'ed it. :o( They suck!!! Oh well. amberbaby- I like Brock and Rory. They are different, I like names that are not super common. My last name is very long, italian, and difficult to say. It starts with a "B" so we were thinking of Brooke for this little one. Anyone have a suggestion on a middle name- I was thinking Taylor....
