Last time I was got pregnant I took clomid and then I stopped for one month and that month I got pregnant with twins when I was on a break. Twins are genetic in my family. So I am pregnant again naturally and I am scared to death that I am having twins again. Do you think that the clomid break is what got me pregnant with the twins or do you think it was all genetic. I am hoping it was the clomid and i was on glucophage also. I actually took glucophage for two days around the time I got pregnant this time so i am hoping that didn't help conveive twins either. I think it would take a lot of anxiety away from me if I thought i wasn't having twins again. Please let me know you thoughts.

Not sure, but I was doing both of those when i got pregnant. Taking Metformin and Clomid, and got pregnant on the 2nd cycle of clomid. I had been taking metformin for almost a year. My husband and I joked that bc it took us so long to get pregnant that it would be nice to have twins to not have to go through this again, but we are just having one! Hopefully next time won't be as difficult! How far along are you? They will be able to tell pretty early. let me know what happens!
