I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I'm not feeling any differnt emotionaly. I'm showing ALOT, and I can feel the baby move, but I still don't feel any different. I'm actually concerned about this. I had expected my life and outlook to change drasticly, but to me it's the same as it's always been. I wanted this child desperetly, and the Dr's told me for years I couldn't concieve.....now boom. Am I in prenancy denial? Should I seek counceling? Is this going to cause emotional instability after I deliver????

well i am 19.5 weeks my self and i also wanted my baby VERY badly, then i really didnt believe i was pregnant untill i saw the ultrasounds. it just takes awhile for people sometimes to really come to terms with it... you'll be fine when u see that innocent face stare at you... best wishes.

Hey, don't create a "situation" when its not, you need not to see a counselor, take your time the pregnancy is not over yet, it will come as you grow bigger, you see the ultrasounds and eventually once you give birth and will hold that long awaited joy bundle. Trust me, just look at all miracles it involves you'll get there. Also one recommendation that is very good and moving for a mom-to-be, (I'm a first one to be too) is, they will have on Feb 21st on discovery channel for about 10 hours doc_mentation and shows about childbirth, trust me, that will make you feel a lot diff. keep me posted smileyrps@aol.com Good Luck!
