Stomach Pains At Night 15 Weeks

I get weird stabbing belly pains at night.. i think it may be gas related but why is it only at night??
its worse around 3-5 am and then it is gone by 6 am..

bizarre..
I'm 15 weeks 6 days..
doctor didnt seem concerned at all about these.. heartbeat was 150 at 15 weeks 160 at 16 weeks.. 2 healthy ultrasounds..

edit i meant 150 at 15 weeks 140 at 14 weeks not 16 weeks
