I am 15 weeks pregnant. Prior to my pregnancy I had a BMI of 23ish. I still have a BMI of 23.2 but I have lost weight about 4 lbs. I am a non-smoker with a healthy diet. I find it difficult to finish meals. Typically I have a toast and tea for breakfast. Sandwich for lunch. And a decent evening meal of meat/fish and veg or pasta etc. Do I need to worry?

Sounds as if you're in a similar boat as me. I'm 17wks. BMI dropped from almost a 24 down to 22.1, with a total of 11 lbs lost. I've worried but Dr's worries seem to be easing, as I'm perfectly healthy and all signs thus far point to a healthy baby. [She has scheduled me for an ultrasound just to rea__sure fluid levels (this was a concern during first pregnancy) and baby growth is good, but that seems more to ease my fears.] So you've probablly got no reason for worry, though coming from a stranger that may not be rea__suring. Just keep doing your best, eat as healthy as possible right now for yourself and baby. And if large meals are proving difficult to finish try opting for smaller ones with healthy snacks between. Good Luck!
