I'm not sure how to describe this, but it's VERY VERY uncomfortable and wakes me up in the middle of the night. It's sort of like a cramp or a restless cramp (if that makes sense) I guess like a light muscle spasm or something. It's always on the outside of my back, either left or right, but I have net to experience it on both. The only way I can relieve the pain is by putting pressure on it with my hand. It'll last for about 15 or so minutes and then go away. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?? I'm assuming that it obviously has something to do with my pregnancy, as I've NEVER felt this before. Sometimes it's so bad, I can't get myself up out of bed until it subsides. I thought maybe it was my legaments stretching, but the pain is higher up than my belly button (but on the back of course) so i don't think muscle stretching would reach that far. I dunno, all I know is it sucks and makes me terribly miserable for 20 mins.
