What does it feel like when the baby moves or kicks? I am at 16 weeks today and I feel weird kinda pains, dont really hurt just not comfortable but im not sure if it is really moving or not. Ive heard it feels like fluttering butterflies.. but ive not felt that yet. Could little pains in the va___a area, where the uterus is be the baby moving??

maybe what your feeling is the uterus expanding, remember every preg.is different did you mention to your doc whats going on ,sometimes when your overweight you might not feel anything not that iam say you are , also i heard it feels like gas , iam also preg.and what i do is lay inbed and stay still and it actually works you should try it

When the baby move it can feel like b___terflies, gas or you know the feeling you get when your eye twitches. That is the feeling, I am now 24w2d and definately feel him kick and its always in the same place as I think he is already head down . Don't worry you will know when it happens. And the pain you might be feeling might just be your ligaments stretching or the baby resting on your ligaments. My best time to feel him move is at night just going to bed.
