Im 14 weeks does that mean i've already reached my 2nd ttrimester. I get confused if my first ends at 14 or begins at 14...

Well, I think it starts around week 16-week17. Usually week 14 is still in your first trimester, although you are nearing the end ;-)

your 2nd trimester starts on the 1st day of your 13th week! (i work in a dr.'s office). after 12 completed weeks, the next day you start trim-2! you are in it now, congratulations:)
