Am in 24th week pregnancy. A lot of wind seem to trap inside the intestine and just cannot come out no matter how I tried.

JY When I first became pregnant, I had a lot of air in my stomach, and it was hurting for weeks... I just kept drinking a lot of water, and doing all of the constipation requirements.. Maybe you can ask your doctor if you can take Gas X or some safe gas medication. I hope it's not hurting too bad.

I get a lot of that too, i get bloated a lot after eating. It can be quite painful. I don't use any medication but i've found that a warm heat pack on it and then rubbing your tummy and intestines clockwise encourages things to move along and eases pain, kinks and air pockets. Also, try not to sit with bad posture or all squashed up, as this makes it worse, and try some gentle exercise such as walking when you do get it bad, I found this helps move things along. Hope this helps!

I'm 25 weeks now and for the past couple of weeks, I've had the same thing! It's weird, but when my baby kicks, it actually helps me get the gas out! Maybe you should try to get your baby to kick while you have gas pains, to try to get it out! If that doesn't work, try laying flat on your back with your arms stretched over your head and your legs straight for a little while. And maybe rub your belly a little. That usually helps me! Good luck and I hope you can find some relief soon! =)
