Does anyone experience discomforts of yeast infection often? Can MONISTAT be used during pregnancy? Is it safe? Anything else that's natural and can be used?

You can use monistat but make sure your Dr. is aware of it while you are using it during pregnancy. Don't use the 1 day treatment but go for the 3 or 7 days instead. Durring pregnancy you may get them a lot more often, it's do to the change in hormone levels and the acidity in your system, to prevent them you can wear panty liners during the day, drink lots of water, and keep the area dry as much as possible.

My sister takes L-acidopholus tablets because of frequent yeast infections. I'm not sure if they can be taken during pregnancy, though.

Candy - I heard that eating yougart can help prevent yeast infections; but are you saying to use it down there?

I used Diflucan with no problems during my last pregnancy. I got an infection when I started the prenates this time and filled up with yougurt once a day and it cleared up in like three days. GL!!
