hey heather yea i know my mom is really excited she claims she is more excited then me this is her 1st grandchild. i mean she's bought her so many things and she wont give me anything to take home. I am greatful for her.. it would be nice to be part of it but i know that the shower will be unforgetable she's really good at those things i guess i tend to get courious hehe.. but im glad i cant wait n see what she's going to do! How are you feeling bty???

Yeah - I can't wait to see pics of everyone's showers, and I know your mom will do a great job decorating. First grandchild - she will be sooo spoiled!!! I am feeling okay, just swollen like always, thanks for asking.

Tina, I love to hear your stories, you are so d__n funny! WTF? - Men should know by now that complaining & whining gets them nowhere! They have to have soo much attention and tend to only think of themselves. Don't worry babe - you will always win wars that have to do with s_x - the woman always wins those, we have the upper hand!! hi everyone!!! wow i have alot of reading to do. ihave been so sick AGAIN!!!! 102.1 temp, not keeping anything down, and my thoart is so swollen. what isnt on my body though. its snowing here right now. it doesnt snow all winter long now it does at the end of march?!?!? ok im laying back down. i have to go to school today to take a test. then back to bed for me. i hate being sick more then anything. i worry that all the sickness is effecting lylee. the high fever and the throwing up is scary to me u know

TINA - U crack me up! I have always been very "in touch" with my emotional side, I'm surprised I'm not laying on the floor every day weeping, to be honest with you! I guess I'm the opposite of you guys, my hubby is actually less needy in the bedroom dept than I am! (Except for this pregnancy, where I have NO s_x drive, what's up with that? Usually I'm always the one that's up for it and he's the one with the headache excuse, lol!)

Kolleen - you get rest and don't worry little lylee is just fine! she is so well protected it's scary.....she is getting her nutrients first before you - AMY - my dh gripes you never initiate - dude you NEVER GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO!!!! I have some weepy days some b___hy days but mostly silly days.....there is a joke and I'll try to convey it the best I can -- a little boy and a little girl about 5 years old decide to check out each other's parts well the little boy says - hey you don't have a doinker like me -- and the little girl says - oh yeah well my mommy says with one of these (she points to herself) I can have as many of those as I want!!! LMAO!!! omg that was freakin hilarious!!! I have to remember that one :) KOLLEEN have you called your doctor? Not to freak you out but I was always told that you don't want the temp to get over 101 when pregnant. You need to take some tylenol (tylenol is safe in pregnancy and ONLY tylenol....no ibuprofen or aspirin!) to bring that fever down fast. Drink LOTS of water (cold) and lie down. I'm sorry to be succh a worrywart you know, but too high of a temp can be harmful but I don' tknow how. Call labor and delivery if need be!

JULIA, let you mom run the show and you can relax :) I'm helping with mine some and it's only because my mom hates doing this type of thing. My shower with family and friends from my hometown (the one my mom is doing) is May 10th and then the one here where I live now with all my girlfriends is May 17th. I get to have two weekends of showers which will be so much fun :) The pool here will be open too even though it will be too cold to swim in the water I think we can lounge by it and get sun....I LOVE SPRING!!!!!

you and Kendra are having it in may.. my mom wants it to be in April i feel like its too soon.. but i am having another one from church..

I have got a mean Spring Fever - I hope it's nice out tomorrow....I want to clean my carpets and open my windows....so my house can air out....get that winter funk out! LOL .....mine might be in may but ????? Julia it's ok for your shower to be in April...I am not sure what the etiquette is on time frame but like STEF said just relax....let her do her thing.....it will be less stressful for you in the end.

STEF- yeah i called my dr yeasterday and they had me go into L&D to get checked out. i needed fluids so they gave me an iv. lylee had a great heartbaet. so that was good but she very calm today. im at school right now and im gonna stay as long as i can. im the biggest baby when it comes to being sick. i cant stand not feel good. thank God i have a good husband. he does for me what i cant.

I guess I'll be about 32 weeks too depending on when in May they do the shower so where is everyone going this weekend now that the Easter rush is over..????? I will be home

I'll be home! It's going to be a long boring weekend so I may do what you're doing Tina and clean the house. I'm holding off on the major major deep cleaning though because I am going to do that in June once I hit the 36 week point and I know I could go any time. I want to not have to do all that cleaning twice, ya know? I think we are going to steam the carpets, but my mom suggested to do it with just hot water and not use soap as it dingys up the carpet...? I don't know.

STEF - if you use stuff especially for carpet it works great - my carpet isn't dingy at all....plus it just smells so good after I clean it! feels softer too....but if you hire a guy who gets really hot steam it would be just as good I guess I dont' really know much about it....I know that if I have a pet stain I can't see and it gets wet it stinks with just water and the cleaning solution really helps. yeah I am just doing carpets and the never ending moutain O' laundry...LOL
