Denise: Im a Febuary mommy but i enjoy reading through other threads as well. I was reading this one and hope you dont take ofense if i ask you a question. Im just curious why you would take the risk of an amino with 5 previous miscarriages? My aunt had 3 sucessful pregnancies, then with her most recent she had an amino and it caused a miscarrige.

Hi Newbaby, no problem asking me the question on Amnio. All my losses have had Chromosomal Abnormalities and the only test that will tell us if something is wrong is CVS test or Amnio. I really don't think we will do do it in the end as my numbers came back really good with the NT scan and blood tests. Also, I am 39 so that always plays against me. But like I said, I don't think we will do it.

I know how you all feel, I have felt little'Tickles" in my belly, always 2 distinct places. It almost feels like there's bugs crawling on my skin. Feeling them a couple times a day, and I have seen movment on the u/s during one of those episodes so I know that it's them moving. BUT I joke you not, I've had 8 u/s already (due to the IVF, twins, bleeding, etc) and the babies can literally be doing jumping jacks or boxing in there, punching my uterus, and I won't feel a thing!! It's very bizarre to say the least. I haven't felt any moving in the past 3-4 days which really freaks me out, but I just have to stay positive that they are doing ok!! Anyway, still need lots of prayers that they are both going to make it and the the sub chorionic hemorrhage to still be stable and shrinking. I hope that you all are doing ok too. I did drive for the 1st time this weekend, a desparate taco bell run ha ha, and I almost forgot how to drive! Good thing we live in the boonies.

Hi ladies! Do you mind if I join you? I'm 13 weeks 4 days and due March 31, so I'm thinking I may end up with an April baby. :) This is my 3rd pregnancy. My first was a blighted ovum and my second was my beautiful daughter who is now almost 14 months. We found out at our 12 week ultrasound that this one is most likely a boy. They can't tell us for sure, but there was definitely something in between the legs! We are very excited. I haven't had much morning sickness, but I've been exhausted. I'm finally starting to get my energy back now though. And I'm definitely starting to show already. Denise, have you decided not to do the CVS? I didn't realize you had gotten back good numbers. YAY! :) Are you feeling anything yet?

Welcome JessC. Comommy, I know what you mean about not feeling baby move after feeling flutters. The last two days I have barely felt anything (I'm 17w2d), and the two days before that I was feeling more movement. I too am trying not to freak out, but I've felt a few random movements today. I'm thinking baby just moved to a different part of my uterus that makes it harder to feel. It is so rea__suring to feel those little movements. :)

So my worries are over. We got to hear our baby's heartbeat yesterday and it was so perfect!! The Dr said it jumped around a lot, so she couldn't get an exact reading, so no jumps to the old wive's tale on how high or low it was. I am just so happy that we got to hear it, and it is healthy!! Only 30 more days till we find out the s_x!!

Oh Courtney that's great news. I am so happy everything is fine, now you can really relax and enjoy the ride. I am feeling the baby move since last week and it's getting stronger and stronger. It feels great!!! I go for my anatomy scan tomorrow, so we should find out the s_x. I am 17 weeks now. Hope everyone is doing well.

That's great Courtney, and denise, best blessings during your u/s. I had an appointment today. I'm measuring right on track and baby has a heartrate of 143 BPM. I'm thinking it's a boy....it even kicked at the doctor during her doppler reading. I will be 18 weeks tomorrow and my u/s is next Friday, the 10th. So excited!

Babyhope, we haven't settled on a name yet but we are leaning towards Sophia. I have another ultrasound scheduled for the 16th of Oct and I can't wait to see her again.

CourtneyHope - October 2

We have our gender u/s on Halloween. I will then be 20 weeks. I am almost 16 weeks. I would love to do natural childbirth, I am going to try, but I'm not going to refuse treatment if I know I need it.
