Good morning ladies. How is everyone doing today? I'm home sick, upper respitory infection, bronchitis. (yucky) I haven't really talked in depth with any of you...but would like to start to know some of you. Is anyone near Indiana? (the corn state!:) I'm 15 weeks and 3 days today...I bought a dopplar, and it's so lovely to hear my little one, especially considering there are still many days that I don't even feel pregnant! I can feel baby now and then, and do have a bit of a belly, but still seems surreal to me at times! I've been buying things even though I don't know what baby is yet...to much to get to wait! More than anything I want a healthy baby, but if i could choose, I think I would lean towards hoping for a girl! I've found with my older children, I tended to lean towards what the s_x of the baby I had was, so I'm hoping this desire is more of an intuition! I will be thrilled either way, but my youngest two children, 12 1/2 and 15 are both boys! (yes, I'm starting over) my oldest is a girl! 18, I'm 37 and thought I was done...for those who havn't talked to me before...

Renae-Its nice to meet you, SOOO sorry you have to deal that...bronchitis while being pregnant must suck. Well I will introduce myself. I am Kendra...I'm 19 and already have a 7 month old (she turns 7 months tomorrow) I am married and have been for a year and 5 months. I am 15w 2d pregnant. DH is hoping for a boy this time because I don't want another one for a LONG time lol My limit is 3, but these 2 were far to close together so I will take a 5 year break lol if even that.

Renae - March 26

Nerdy Girl - thanks for the introduction. Good luck with the baby, the bright side to having the two close together is that they will most likely be very close!

Nerdy_Girl_10242006 - March 27

Yeah thats a plus...I want a girl for my daughter so she can be close...but just thought of the idea of having the closeness with a brother and he can protect her

hi girls, anyone feeling the baby yet? I swear I'm getting little niggles, Renea, my name is Ejola, and although my dh and I live in Florida we are currently working for my Family Scotland...although I have to admit that I miss the warm weather at the moment, as its going to snow tomorrow...but on the fun side we are taking a few days off to take our Daughter to Disneyland Paris next week, (leaving Sat...Yippee)....and go to Paris for the day...I so need a break, i'm working 16 hour days at the moment...at this rate I'll be in my grave before I give birth...

Renae - March 27

Ejola, wow... Scotland?!? I haven't traveled anywhere over seas! That must be exciting! Also sounds like you have a very fun trip planned! I would love to go to Paris! I too used to live in Florida! I lived in Jacksonville (Mayport and Cecil Field to be exact) however that has been 19 years ago...my daughter who will be 19 in May, was born at St. Vincents in Orange Park! Thank you for the reply! I don't think I caught how far along you are? I'm 15 weeks 4 days now, and yes, I've been feeling movement at times in the evening mostly, when I'm laying down, for a week or two now. I have my u/s on the 8th and am excited, but have my quad screening on the 4th or 5th and am very nervous! Hope you have a lovely vacation!

Renae - March 27

Sorry, I looked at the top of this and see your due date is the 13th... mine is the 14th or 16th, I've been given both dates... we'll see what the u/s shows! I know exact date of conception, as it can only have happened on 23rd of December...

llukenjess - March 28

Had a doc appt yesterday everything is great due date is still 9/24/08...HB was at 150BPM!! oh so exciting!

caseyann - March 29

Hi girls! I'm due on September 17th. Just wondering if anyone knows what there having yet? I go back to the doc in a few weeks and am really hoping to know.

Renae - March 29

caseyann, Hello there and congrats on your upcoming addition! I'm due Septemeber 14 or 16th, and I do NOT know yet. I"m hoping when I go in for my u/s on April 8th to find out! I too am very anxious! Knowing what's in there, just kind of helps to validating all you're going thru, you know? Also makes it more fun shopping :)

Hello ladies, Wow I have not been on here in a while. My work keeps me pretty busy and I went out of town for a week. I find out the s_x of my baby on Monday. I can't wait. I think I am having a girl but who knows, I just want a healthy little one. I am currently 18 weeks and 4 days. I can't believe how fast this is going. I have started to feel the baby but not everyday. Sometimes I can't tell if it is the baby or just gas. LOL. Nerdygir I that really sucks that you are still getting morning sickness. I hope that it goes away for you. That must really suck. Has any one decided on names yet? I picked Oliver Lloyd for a boy and for a girl I am having a harder time picking one. I have a whole bunch but just can't pick one. That is really hard. Are there any mommies in here that already have children and thought they were having a girl or boy and found out they were right? I am just curious to see. Hey Renae my name is Lindie and I am from Wisconsin. I am married and this is my first baby. It is nice to meet you.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I failed my first glucose test and I have to go for the three hour testing on Monday also.. I really hope that I pa__s and don't have to worry about having diabetes. I already worry enough as it is. Has anyone else had to go through this?

Hey ladies, well we are back from France...what a trip, ups and downs...but seeing my daughter's face when she saw the characters made it all worthwhile...this baby was sure sitting on my bladder, thankfully in Disney there were toliets everywhere...but I had a horrible experience getting off the train in Paris, then really needing to pee, and no toliets anywhere in the Metro...I really thought I was going to pee in my pants...I was almost in tears...thankfully we found a small cafe, so that saved the day...I had forgotten about this stage...seriously peeing every 10 minutes ..lol...Happy to be Mommy, I also failed my first glucose test with my daughter, then I past the 2nd test...I think it's quite common...good luck with that...well all the school holidays are upon us, so the restaurant has been super busy...i'm expecting a busy night tonight...so i'm going to put my feet up for a few minutes, I just put Mackenzie down for a nap (she is still fussing, she has a cold)...I hope she sleeps so mommy can too...have a great weekend...

Renae - April 5

Goodmorning mommies in waiting! Just signing in for support I suppose...I had my blood work drawn yesterday for my quad screening...u/s will be on Tuesday morning...I'm so nervous and anxious, I'm 37 now, was 24 with the last baby I had, and guess I've become a worry wart! I just want to know the baby is fine, and a little he or she! Don't know if I've mentioned it on Sept. mommies, but daddy has decided he doesn't want to be w/me, just wants to be there for baby...anyway, I think he's coming to the u/s...only point is I'm not sure if that's making me more nervous...anyway hope everyone has an awesome weekend! Wish me and baby luck, I'll be thinking about this all weekend...wish Tuesday would hurry up and get here...

Renae - April 5

Also...anyone feeling overly emotional super easily? I swear seeing a b___terfly could make me cry....I feel so stupid sometimes...sorry, just had to ask!
