Oh and she said I ahve an anterior placenta, and thats probably why I am not feeling the kicks and punches so strong, because she really gives er' when she gets going!! Little bugger! Hopeful - two for pink today hey!! How was everything else with the scan?? COngrats on your little girl!! :)

I can't believe everyone one but ME is having a girl... That is so strange... Oh well... I wish everyone a great and heatlhy pregnancy.... I wish there was atleast 1 more little boy so i could talk boy talk after he is born....

Well actually Im suprised they havent moved my due date. Ive measured almost 3 days bigger at ever appt. So today I measured 16w6d. I was hoping we could tell today, and i have another appt next week to confirm (and to check the length of my cervix) but it was a pretty clear "hamburger" though. It seems I'm in the middle of everyone. Most everyone due in September is around 14 weeks and you guys are all close to 20 weeks. Im 27 and live in Dallas Texas and married to the best guy ever. I have a great doctor who has let me have a TON of u/s so far. So how much weight have you guys gained by 16 weeks? Im worried bc i didnt gain any weight the first 12 weeks, then today she said I have gained 9 lbs in the past 4. Is that alot?

Thanks girls!! I am sooo excited!! i did really hope for a girl, so I am even more excited!! I went to the store to buy something girly for her, but they had NO stock in. There was literally nothing there to choose from so I got her a tiny pair of pink fuzzy bunny slippers!! They are adorable. So I will have to go this week and check out somewhere else and find her a little outfit!! Mommam I am sure that there is bound to be a boy coming soon!! Maybe Ekay??? Mason is going to have girlfriends from all over the country!! That has to be one of the most amazing times of a persons life - the first glance at their first baby. Wow. ALthough I am sure that with each new one it is the same experience!! Welcome Xxx and Eliz!! WE love to chat!! Is this your first?? This is our first and she is due Aug 6. We have a couple names we are throwing around but nothing for sure yet. Olivia Grace is leading though I think!

Wow! Reading about all of you finding out is very exciting. When we had our u/s it was the coolest thing ever! I asked the tech afterwards if she knew the s_x and she said no, that she stayed away completely. She thought I was having second thoughts, but I told her I was just wondering if she saw. She said that to her and the docs, they love when moms to be don't find out bc they said the excitement is amazing after wards! I'm sure its amazing anyways, but to meet the baby and figure out the name all in one day is amazing! We can't even decide on names... we have about 5 girls names and 5 boys names, and it will probably stay that way til we meet our baby! Opinions on my names are greatly appreciated... Girls: Kiersten, Emma Jean, Reese, and Kaylene. Boys: Jake, Nathan, Jack, Garreth, and Mason
What do you guys think?

Kitkat your u/s pics are soooo cute!! I love the little nose!! Baby has been a moving machine tonight, must have had a good sleep during the u/s!! I am going to check that out mommam!! Love free stuff!! Boodah i like Reese - very cute!! And Mason and Jack! They are all so cute!! It is something I am having a hard time with. At least now, we can concentrate just on girls names, but funny thing is we had pretty much decided on Jaxson if it was a boy, now it's back to the drawing board!! lol!! I love it!!! :)

hi ladies...my name is leslie. i am 17 weeks and due 08/29/08, ( i have very short cycles)but will have a c section around the 22nd. ok mommaminchey...i am having a boy too :) found out at 16 weeks last tuesday. i am not super vigilant about writing on this site, but i love it and check it every day. i am 38 and this is my second son. the MS is finally starting to subside. my belly is huge and i look very preggo. 10 ponds gained total. i got my first migraine today at work and had to leave as they are debilitating. i have had them since i was 12, and gratefully they seem to subside when i am preggers. todays was the first in months. luckily my dr. switched my meds when i was TTC to something safe for pregnancy. anyway, wanted to say hi to all and thank you for all the wonderful posts. i do not have any preg frends so this helps me not feel so lonely. good night. :)

My computer kept logging me out earlier whenever I tried to post. Anyway, I asked the tech earlier today if she was SURE that I was having a girl. She laughed and pointed out that she wasn't very shy because she didn't try to hide anything!!! She weighed 9 oz, but I forgot to ask how long she was. She refused to turn during the u/s, so I get to have another u/s at 24 weeks. The doc said everything looked great, but they want to see a visual of the four chambers of the heart and her spine. Dh and I can't agree on a name at all. He has argued all day that he should get the final say on the first name because I chose the boy name. It would be okay, but he only likes names that I can't stand!!!! We have 20 more weeks to decide though!! I just thought it would be nice to start referring to the baby by a name after finding out the s_x. Well, I'll talk to you ladies tomorrow!!!!! Congrats on the girl softbreeze!!!!!!!
